Ann Shelby
A B.S. in Horticulture from UW Madison led Annie to begin her career as a farmer in southern Wisconsin. For over 23 years she owned and operated a fruit farm and organized an annual fall festival with haunted hayrides and a haunted barn. During her time as a farmer, Annie combined her horticultural skills with business management to create a successful, fast-paced, venture.
More recently, Annie and her children moved to Boulder Junction, where she managed Northern Exposure Greenhouses. She then went on to found One Woman One Shovel, a landscaping and estate gardening business. Today, her services have expanded to include property management and specialized personal care.
Through the years, Annie has developed an extensive network of local contacts which she uses extensively in her estate management. She believes there is nothing more valuable in Boulder Junction than the sense of community, the sense that in Boulder Junction we are all neighbors. These neighbors are the professionals that will ensure your property is kept in superior condition so that it can be enjoyed for generations.
